We built and moved into our first house back in 2000. In the Spring of 2002, we moved out of that house and into a rental, while we built our second house. I'll show you the tour of our second house next week.
Today, I'm giving you the tour of this house.
Please excuse the quality of the photos. These are scanned photo's, because this was way back in the olden' days (as my boys would say) before I owned a digital camera.

My mom did some wall murals in this house.

That concludes the tour of the first house that my husband and I built.
Back then, I was just trying to figure out my style, what it was that I liked and what I didn't like and was just "learning how to decorate." I had only been married (and out of my parents home) for a little over a year before I decorated this place.
I'm amazed at how much my style has changed! Just wait till you see the tour of our second house and then the one of my current house. You'll see a big difference and you'll know what I'm talking about.
May you be a little inspired!
Until next time,
DaNita
