Cozy Fall Home Decor Tour

As the leaves begin to change and the days get a little cooler, I always love bringing a few simple fall touches into our home. There’s something about this season that makes a home feel extra cozy and inviting.

I haven’t taken out any of the fall decor for this year yet, but I wanted to share my fall home tour from last year. I kept things simple and focused on pieces that add warmth without making the spaces feel overly decorated.

Come along and see how I brought a bit of fall into our home last year, starting right at the front door.

Fall at the Front Door:

The front porch is one of my favorite spots to add seasonal touches and create a warm, welcoming feeling right from the moment you arrive.

For our front porch, I added a wreath that I made for the front door and some fall greenery for the pots outside. A couple of pumpkins sitting next to the pots finished the look for our front porch.

a Welcoming Fall Entryway:

Our entryway had a few simple details to set the tone for the rest of our home. I added some branches, greens, a couple of pumpkins and a framed fall art piece to our entry table to make this space feel warm and welcoming without going overboard.

Moving Into the Living & Family Rooms:

I wanted everything to feel cozy and comfortable while still keeping the spaces light and inviting. Soft blankets, textured pillows, warm wood tones, and touches of fall bring in that seasonal feeling without changing the rooms completely.

Cozy Nook/Dining Area:

In the nook/dining area, I brought in a tray with a simple arrangement of greenery and a cloth pumpkin to create a table that feels special but still works for everyday life. I love using simple textures and understated fall decor to make spaces feel welcoming without feeling too formal.

A few more Fall Textures:

Throughout the rest of our home, I sprinkled in little seasonal details wherever they felt natural. Cozy throw blankets and pillows, greenery and warm textures.

It really is the little things that makes a home feel extra special in the fall.

I hope you enjoyed coming along for the fall home tour and getting a peek at all of the cozy areas I created for the season last year.

May you be a little inspired.

Until Next Time,

DaNita
